ABOUT THE BOOK
Launching March 26, “Rapid Transit” compiles Hamilton Cline's most enjoyable portrait illustrations while displaying his technical and stylistic progression. From exaggeration to realism, the book explores Cline’s eye for observation, dedication to his craft and the interesting characters that grace one of the most heavily trafficked public transportation systems in the country. “My art is the study of faces,” he said. “Faces have very unique properties about them and I like to find and accentuate them.”
